Geert Hofstede guest in ITAP Webinar Series
ITAP recently hosted a webinar with Dr. Geert Hofstede, who is best known for his seminal research on national cultures. The title of this event was National Cultures’ Impact on Operations, HR and Marketing. Some of the main points of Dr. Hofstede's presentation were that the concept of global management best practices is illusive, and that the myth of the global consumer, popular in the 1980's, is largely disproven. We encourage you to contact us if you are interested in receiving invitations to future ITAP webinars. For highlights from the Hofstede webinar, click here.
